Every teapot is shipped from either China or Hong Kong.

We collaborate with a local shipping agent to secure the best rates with major worldwide express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. Delivery typically takes up to 10 working days.

Our unique and cost-effective worldwide shipping charges are based on the size of the teapot and the number of teapots in your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Each teapot is carefully packed in a standard gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
